Well with <3.0 versions of WebCat you have to use the old homegrown trigger method. Namely, bury some code inside of a page that gets fairly often and have it act as the trigger mechanism. Combine it with a timekeeping database and some showifs and you'll be all set.Also, you could access a page containing a meta refresh that refreshes to itself and updates the timekeeping db/triggers the action and then redirects itself elsewhere based upon the time/status of the process.
