texte = First, Thank you to all of you that have tried to help with this.Second, and more important, the Solution. It was GoLive! (grrrrr)I have the site set-up as a GoLive 4.0 site file. When I open the site,GoLive for some reason locks out all file activity to anything in the site. But, just to make it that much more difficult, when I closed the sitefile, GoLive continues to lock the files. I had to quit GoLive for thecode to work properly. This is a new one on me I have been using GoLive andWebCat for about 4 years, and this is the first time I have experiencedthis. So, the moral of the story is this. . . If you use GoLive to programyour sites, and you suddenly have difficulty updating your db's while GoLiveis open, quit GoLive and test the page. (Before you spend 5 hourstroubleshooting a WebCat problem that doesn't exists)Thanks again for all the help.John Daviesjd@professionalideas.com_____________________________________________Martin Associates Design Agencyhttp://www.professionalideas.com> From: John Peacock
