SMSI is a very different company than the one I started dealing with a few years ago.I have told you many times on this list to update to newer versions when you have been having problems but you were always reluctant .. The products do get *better* with new releases .. Are you still running 4.02 ?If they are such a bad company to deal with and you really don't like the products go find something else .. There a a heap of free solutions out there.Bear in mind also that SMSI use Communigate Pro for their mail server and this does not exactly have the best list bouncing code built in to it - I've been off this list a few times as well but am sure it was more to do with connectivity issues than a bit of friendly banter with other list members ;)Can't we all just drop this and get on now .. ?
