He didn't say how he was displaying the info on the next page and 2. He said: "I am using [convertchars] around the field. " Not only did he later state a custom database but he said "field"??? You usually use a [convertchars] around a variable for displaying. I think he could have been clearer but it is only my opinion. (note, I didn't assume anything... that is what the "if" was for).
