texte = I agree with Ken. The first post was straight forward enough to offer a solution. I agree with you Donovan on the "agree to disagree", but I have noticed this forum turns hostile fairly quick. The gent that asked the original question admitted from his first post that he was a newbie to webcat. Thus I can see him mixing his words a little bit. A field here and a context there or a command somewhere along here. We all should be a little more receptive to people looking for help here. WebCat does not have alot of support forums, or books, or any other type of help out there. We are the elite. The people that are converted and convinced to use WebCat have to turn here. If we snub them or make it hard for them to ask for help because they are afraid someone will bash them for not knowing how to ask the question correctly, we are likely to lose the few people we do get. I have been around long enough to see Ken complain about some not using the verbage correctly too. So rather than blasting off emails half-cocked, especially since they lose the tone and come accross as very arrogant and condescending, lets slow down a bit and remember that this is a support forum.
