We were getting a lot of permission errors while it was in the sitebuilder folder, haven't had a chance to look at why yet, busier then hell... :-(... , and it's quicker at the moment to download, and reupload to a different area. For some reason it's not allowing the write to some of the db's when the store is built, thinking it's the permissions on the master store itself.
