If you are not using a gateway, you should use the accountauthorizer (off the top of my head) file within the WebMerchant directory to approve orders. If you don't have something that is approving the orders, your ordersadmin.tpl will not work correctly (as well as you may be apt to get more errors like this). However, I have never thought about the chance that an order might be pending and then someone try's to submit the same cart number for another order and would receive an error. I always assumed that pending orders were written to the orders.db as well.. but maybe they are not. In a working Sitebuilder / Storebuilder store, it would be rare that this would happen.. but possible. As Bill was trying to point out (I think)... In conjunction with the lookup to the orders database, you could also look in the pending directory within the webmerchant directory. something like: [listfiles path=WebMerchant/Pending/] [showif [filename]=[cart]] [redirect url=[url]default.tpl[/url]] [/showif] [/listfiles] But the larger issue for you I think is to fix your WebMerchant.
