It would be very easy me thinks, and if a developer was the approver, then the comments could be filtered for their validity as well. Alternatively, a "report this comment" link may work. I just think it doesn't make SMSI look very credible when they have a bunch of nasty spam in their tech docs. And my biggest problem is that it is slow.
