I had the same = problem. 

As Chris says, it's a permission = issue.

MacintoshHD/Library/Webserver/WebDNA/

root# chown -R _www:_www = /WebDNA/

and also the directory where WebDNA = files are served = from

MacintoshHD/Library/Webserver/WebDNA-Coded-F= iles/

root# chown -R _www:_www = /WebDNA-Coded-files/

after this, worked like a = charm for me.
