I had the same =problem.
As Chris says, it's a permission =issue.
MacintoshHD/Library/Webserver/WebDNA/
root# chown -R _www:_www =/WebDNA/
and also the directory where WebDNA =files are served =from
MacintoshHD/Library/Webserver/WebDNA-Coded-F=iles/
root# chown -R _www:_www =/WebDNA-Coded-files/
after this, worked like a =charm for me.

If it reverts back, it is because WebDNA has not been =able to write the database to disk. It is just a small permission =problem for your files in /WebDNA.
