Illustrator or whatever...........and then the coder to create the html to the designers satisfaction, with some dummy text/data for layout, using BBEdit, DreamWeaver etc.............then the WebCatalog person to stick all the code in to make it work.This way everyone gets to do what they are best at, almost independent from the others.
