I'll admit though, I haven't fuddled around with the Pubb. There are advantages to a good BBS. One is specific rooms or threads. (one can go to a specific room for focussed answers) Granted, the WebDNA room might not need to many devisions... However, the cool BBS's don't necessarilly restric one to just those rooms. Take off's from UBB have a todays active topics category also. This category lists the responses from all categories. (my favorite example is www.digidesign.com's UBB) I suppose we as developers could register to which categories (rooms) we wanted to be a part of. This way we would still get mail as usuall but just from these categories. (going with Bob's idea) ???? anyway, just some thoughts.Donovan> ..if it's something that > only Bob would be using, then, no offense Bob, but I don't think it would > be getting in there.... > > -howard > > ------------------------------------------------------------- This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list .
