(used with some firewall typesof things.5) don't run W* mail. (take the plug-in out of the plug-ins folder)6) try to determine when W* is freezing. If you can narrow it to a specific page, go overthe code on that page.7) Are you running any other apps or wierd extensions on the system?My current stable machines are: (caveats included :-)1) G4 450Mhz, MacOS 9.1 (640 MB Ram), WebSTAR 4.5b1, WebDNA 4.5 *2) 6500 250Mhz PPC, MacOS 9.1 (128MB Ram), WebSTAR 4.5, WebDNA 4.5 *** This machine performs well and usually doesn't crash. However, if it has beenrunning for a while, I cannot open the server root directory (at the machine) withoutit crashing. :-o (runs Sync Pro also)** This machine runs great, go figure.
