Who do you think you're kidding? >Nobody told me I did not have to buy the software. And whose fault it that? When you talk with sales people, you should have enough common sense to know that their job is to SELL SOFTWARE, not to convince you to download a demo.Furthermore, free demos have always been available from the website, but apparently you never even bothered to go to the website before buying the software, right? Or did you go there and simply ignore the button on the home page that says Downloads? >They DID once offer me webhosting at very high price, but that was not until AFTER I bought the software and was having a hard time locating a webhosting company. It is a simple matter to find a webcatalog hosting company when you actually try to look for one in places where you might reasonable expect to find one. All you had to do was get on this list and ask. Not only would you would have received several offers at prices you could have afforded, but you would not have had to buy the software, thus all your whiny little problems would never have happened to you. >Are you reading my email thoroughly and carefully? If you are you would notice that I said I had bought a BETA version of Unix and wasn't told it was such so I had to exchange it, *exchange* it to the NT version (which I did not prefer), until the GOLD version of UNIX came out which was supposed to function alright. It doesn't matter which version you bought, my point is that anyone like you who complains about not having a lot of money should be extremely careful to insure they you do NOT waste that money by purchasing software prematurely. By 'prematurely' I mean when:1- You fail to investigate the company's website. 2- You fail to ask for or learn about free demo versions. 3- You fail to investigate less expensive hosting services. 4- You buy the software without having a computer to run it on. >I initially asked for help in my problem, not a lecture or interrogation. You have also failed to post the specific error message I asked you for, so apparently you don't really care about providing the information we need to track down the problem for you. Either give us useful information so we can help you, or stop your whining! >You could have said what the problem was and just suggested what you thought was the solution to begin with. How can I do that when you don't give me the *critical information* I need in order to find the solution? I specifically asked you for information which you have NOT provided ... >Just the same, you are asking the wrong person. My ISP people are the one's that can answer your question because no matter what I tell you, unless you see it for yourself you won't understand how to fix it.That's all we really needed to know. There is no one on this list who can help you, because you don't even have access to either the computer nor the information we obviously need from you.Good luck! :)================================ Kenneth Grome, WebDNA Consultant 808-737-6499 http://webdna.net ================================------------------------------------------------------------- Brought to you by CommuniGate Pro - The Buzz Word Compliant Messaging Server.
