(In one of my previous messages in the thread, I mentioned that I knew about the 1MB limit on pages, so I know that we can't _serve_ vast amounts of data.)What we were concerned about was if there would be an upper limit on the length of a whole record in the db, since it would be easily possible for one of the fields (a filtering field, not for display) to end up containing several thousand characters or more. Since we already had some long text in other fields, we were speculating on the possibility of running up against some arbitrary limit.I've got a system that works well right now, but there have been some additional requests for it that weren't part of the original spec, and right now I'm looking at scaling issues.
