This is why I think, as did others, that you needed to pursuepermission from anyone you are trying to gather that data from. Before yourequire any company to invest in your project through the use of theirservers, bandwidth and labors, permission is practically mandatory from alegal perspective. But if legality isn't an issue then all bets are off.This same exact debate comes up in the idea of calling images from someoneelse's servers even though those images might be public domain. It is stillillegal to utilize their bandwidth and servers to populate your siteswithout their permissions.Companies have fought and won damages for these types of things.
