texte = I sent an email to both sales and customer support at SMSI seeking explicit clarification regarding their intentions for support on a product they are still actively selling online. Answer If you would like information about the products that we are currently supporting, please see our support policies page at http://www.smithmicro.com/support/policies.tpl. ================= I find the recent nature of the record and the text within it to be telling and troubling given that the product appears to have been removed from the list of supported products as far back as 6/9/06 (the last time the supported product list was updated). Like I said, I have requested specific clarification on this once and for all, got the useless automated response, and have subsequently replied to that as well to get my ticket out of the "waiting" bin.
