texte = Well, y'all, just to accentuate my point from earlier today, I just lost a $10k RFP because the client said that the site has to be built in perl, not WebDNA. And it's funny, they never stated that they needed a perl developer, they just said they needed a website that talks and does their dishes and some other crap that goes beyond basic HTML...That's what I'm talking about...I start out generic (I can do that ecomm/datablah. No problemo! blah blah), then it always gets down to the specific technology (they ALWAYS ask), and I lose the client the minute I say WebDNA.I guess I should just become a broker. Anybody know any good perl developers.... ;)-DanOn 06 Aug 2002 10:19:36 Stuart Tremain
