I've been reading the talk list for a while now and it seams like people here help each other out which I think is cool. What I don't understand is everyone saying that SM doesn't have support? I went to their WEB site and used their FAQ system a few of times. A couple of times I didn't find my answer but I submitted my question through their system and got a response in about a day. Not too bad. On one question I sent them one of their Techs actualy called me back and helped with with it.I'm just not sure what everyone thinks it is that SM isn't providing.
