I can say that we had *talked* about all of those ideas and more, in length, as well as have many of these marketing plans documented. One thing to consider is that they all take resources.. which WSC has always been resource challenged, to say the least. ;-) However, I'm not making excuses, but just pointing that out so that people have some understanding of where WSC has been. Those types of things need to be done. In regards to the bullet points.. Absolutely.. which is why I was more general referring to in my previous email as "clever and roll-up-the-sleeves marketing".
