texte = I say we try option #2 first. My wife works in a law firm and I have friends who are lawyers, one of whom is an IP attorney in SM's backyard (San Diego). Perhaps they'd be willing to settle for some version of option #1 after looking down the barrel of a class-action. I'm really not happy with these ass-clowns at the moment. Either way, we should move this dicussion off-list, IMO, if we hope to have any kind of true leverage.
